Branka was a life saver with the purchase of our house. The seller had a very difficult broker representing them who was unwilling to negotiate on large repairs, was manipulative and tried to get us to cancel the deal (so the seller could try to get more money from another buyer), and was overall unresponsive through the process. To top it off, this was a short sell which was not even a benefit to the buyer. Branka stepped in and was able to get a fair price for the condition of the house and even when we were willing to accept the seller’s price, she was able to negotiate an additional $5,000 decrease.
